Refunds, Class Cancellations, and Missed Class Policy

Non-Reimbursable Dropouts: Dropping out of a semester-long class for any reason will not result in reimbursement. Once you have enrolled, the commitment is for the entire semester.

If your class was cancelled due to the teacher’s personal emergencies, a make-up class will be scheduled at the end of the semester.

Kalina Art Studio will not be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or emergencies.

If a class is missed due to sickness or other reasons, your teacher will try their best to help them catch up during following classes. Sadly, this is not always possible since classes are very dynamic and often use different materials. In that case the student will take their unfinished project home.
