Semester-Long Classes:
- Non-Reimbursable Dropouts: Dropping out of a semester-long class for any reason will not result in reimbursement. Once you have enrolled, the commitment is for the entire semester.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing Kalina Art Studio for your upcoming event. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. However, we would like to inform you of our strict cancellation policy, designed to ensure the smooth operation of our studio and maintain the quality of our services.
Cancellation Notice:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@kalinaartstudio.com.
- All cancellation charges will carry an additional 6% credit card processing fee.
Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the total event cost.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total event cost.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the total event cost.
No Refunds:
Kalina Art Studio has a strict no-refund policy for cancellations. Once the cancellation period has passed, no refunds will be issued, and the full event cost will be charged.
Rescheduling:
- In certain cases, Kalina Art Studio may allow rescheduling of the event to a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to availability and approval.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the original event date.
Force Majeure:
Kalina Art Studio will not be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or emergencies.
By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Non-recurring Classes:
- We will be happy to reschedule your non-recurring class to another date, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations of one-day classes.
